Change Single Sign-On Password

This task topic is intended to describe how a user with SSO registration can change their password.

Changing Your Password

To change your password, connect to ECD Manager. This web-based application manages the user community of EudraGMDP and provides access to EMA’s directories.

1. Open http://ecdm.eudra.org in your browser to connect to ECD Manager.
2. The ECD Manager homepage is displayed:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click in the Username entry field and type your username.

4. Click in the Password entry field and type your password.

5. Note: If you have forgotten your password, ask your organisation's EudraGMDP Administrator to reset it. If your organisation doesn't have a GMDP Administrator, contact the EMA Service Desk portal: https://servicedesk.ema.europa.eu . You will receive an e-mail with the new password shortly afterwards
6. Click Log In
7. The ECD Manager displays your own homepage, welcoming you to the system. Click the My Password tab at the top :
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click in the New Password field and type your new password. Your password must be eight characters long and contain at least one number, and is case sensitive, Enter the new password again in the Confirmation field and click Save.
   
   
   
   
9. To leave ECD Manager click Log out.
